  • Is the Restorative Sleep Program 100% online? When does the course start and finish?

    Yes, this program is entirely self-paced so you can enjoy it when it is convenient for you. I understand that you are often busy so I organized the content into simple bite-sized resources to make it easier to integrate into your schedule. All presentations, audios, videos and pdf’s are available anytime.

  • How long do I have access to the program materials?

    How does lifetime access sound? Many other programs offer limited access and this often adds stress to rushing through it to get it done. Since we are all unique, I believe it feels best when we can enjoy the program at our own pace. Once you purchase my Restorative Sleep Program, it is yours so that you can refer to it anytime and anywhere. You can enjoy the various tools and practices as often as you need.

  • Do I need any equipment to enjoy this program?

    For some of the practices such as Restorative, you will simply need a few items you probably already have in your home: a mat or carpeted area, 2 yoga blocks, 2-4 blankets, 2 pillows, 1 eyepillow (or a scarf to cover the eyes).

  • Do I need any prior experience to participate in this program?

    No meditation and/or yoga experience is needed to participate in this program. Anyone willing to commit to simple self-care practices and wanting to experience better sleep for optimal well-being is welcomed.

  • What makes this program unique and different from other Sleep programs?

    Through my own experience of dealing with Lyme Disease, anxiety and sleep issues, I have been able to heal myself by using various tools. I truly believe that we can heal the body and mind when we are willing to focus on our own self-care practices. For the past 20 years, I have continued to study with many teachers and holistic doctors from all over the world. My goal is to take so much of what I have learned about sleep and organize it in an easy to understand step by step guide so you have everything you need in one place. I have weaved many different healing modalities in creative ways.
